Whats My Age Again?

Song of the blog: Whats my age again?_Blink 182

I heart this song. =] It's very on the amazing side of things.

So I was supposed to go and get my state ID today, but my roomate Eliza who was going to drive isn't feeling well. She said she is fine, but I worry. I want to do something for her but I don't know what would cheer her up. :( I'll get my ID tomorrow. Quinton is going to drive me most likliest. If not, I can find someone. I'll get it. tomorrow no matter what. I need it more than I could possibly explain right now. If I can't find a ride I'm going to print a google map and ride my bike the whole way over there. 8 am tomorow. I'll miss my Music 101 class if I have to. Because if I don't get this ID going to class won't matter anyway. I will have no way to pay for it. Isn't that nice? Because I will have these checks and they will be nothing but fish wrap if I can't cash them. I need my ID. Bad.

So life today is ok. I was late for my American Heritage Lab and I missed the quiz. Not so great. My T.A. is really good looking though so that made up for about half of my disapiontment. ;] yay.

And I'm drinking Apple Juice right now. I know right? I decided to cut back on the OJ because every time I drink now I start coughing pretty bad. Too much of anything is bad for you I guesses. So I am drinking apple juice. The thing is though, I'm still coughing. Maybe I have made myself allergic to juice? Hmmm.....

Life updates... I'm everywhere. So busy all the time. But I have decided to plan out my day better. I'm going to make a daily map of all my time and try that for a week. We'll see how the planned out days go for me. I've never done it before. Maybe I'll actually study as much I need to. hahahaha

Guess the song:

1. "We're gonna die like this you know, miserable and old."
2. "I don't care what you might think about me, you'll get by without me if you want."
3. "It takes a crane to build a crane."
4. "Sent to this earth, you were saved through the ages for this day and time."
5. "You know you love him if you put him in your will but.."
6. "Please don't say I love you, those words touch me much too deeply."
7. "Mothers be good to your daughters too."
8. "Do you trip on love? Do you run from magic?"
9. "Just layin on the beach and having fun. She's going to get ya."
10. "If you want to leave, I won't beg you to stay. And if you gotta go darlin, maybe it's better that way."
11. "Pink, it's not even a question."
12. "If you could save me, from the ranks of the freaks who suspect they could never love anyone."
13. "I'm in a hurry to get things done, oh I, rush and rush until lifes no fun."
14. "I couldn't help it, it's all your fault."
15. "As I went down in the river to pray, studyin abou that good old way."

Ok, some of them are really easy. But I want people to comment!!!! Tell me what you think the songs are!!!!

About To Break!!!

Song of the blog: SILENCE!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm about to grab my phone. I admit it. I'm addicted to texting. Sooooo addicted OK!

I can do this though. I'm only proctoring for about another 1 or 2 minutes. I got this! I can do this whole not texting thing! I have all these missed text messages, but I will ignore them for another....... 8 hours. 8 hours! No! Bah!

American Heritage Midterm, and The Worst Class Assignment Evar.

Song of the blog: The sound of devotional on the small T.V. Next to all the couches over on the other side of the den.

I'm in the Den. It's a place on campus with a lot of food machines and circle tables on one end and couches and a T.V. on the the other end. Usually it's not this crowded, but devotional is going on and people are in here to listen. It's nice in here even though it's crowded.

I'm eating pizza hot pocket thingy and drinking a can of red cream soda. Ijust took my American Heritage midterm and got a 71%. Thats as much as I feel like talking about it at the moment. I only stayed up until 11:30pm studying. ugh.

In other words, I'm not getting on facebook or using my cell phone for anything more than a clock until 10pm tonight. Class Experiment. I didn't think it would be too hard. Go 24 hours without cell and fb. But it IS hard. I still need my cell on for clock use. So I can see my about 13 missed text messages on the screen. But I'm doing well. I haven't even read a single one. I'm proud of me. =]

Blahhhhhhhh.........

I'm bored and I can't get on facebook, so I continue typing on this blog that should be overrrrrr............

I would listen to devotional but I can only catch a few words here and there. Seats closer are taken. Couches around T.V. full.

I miss my phone.

Yummy pizza pocket thingy.

Hum di dum di dum da.....

Bah!

Heaven Touched The Earth Today

Song of the blog: You Can Do Better Than Me, But I Can't Do Better Then You_Death Cab For Cutie/ another song that is fused onto the end that is really the one that I like and talk about. Cheese! :)

The most wonderful rain I have seen since I moved here poured down to the earth today as I walked to work. I love the rain. I honestly hold the opinion that it is God's love raining down on the earth. The most wonderful thing is to be caught up in that love. It was beautiful. I raised my arms and laughed and walked through the rain. I had my ipod in my ears and the voices sang of the northern sky signaling the end of days. And dancing through the grey. It was the absolute PERFECT song for that walk!!! =D

Yesterday I started seriously thinking about leaving BYU after the summer break. Why? Because I come from a very small town. In my small town, we don't view the girls sitting around us as competition. We don't think, "You better not get married before me." We don't think, "Oh no! Her waist is smaller than mine! Must starve self for next month in order to be pretty!" And honestly, what normal person thinks like that? Really? But a lot of the people here do. And I don't think I can stand it for 4 years. I am here to get my edumacation on. I'm not here to get married. And I don't want to compete with all of these barbie dolls in order to get a date. I'm just not like that. Thats not me. And I'm not going to change in order to fit in here. I HAPPEN TO LIKE HAVING HIPS.  hahahahahaha It's not just the girls though. I have met more shallow jerks since I got here than I've ever met in my life.
But, I am a patient person. I've only been here for a month. Heavenly Father sent me here for a reason. I have a scholorship that I worked hard for. Lots of people helped me get here. So I am going to give it a year. I am going to stay positive and try my hardest to love it. I am going to give this place every possible chance. And today was a very good day. So I just might stay. :)

I Love Being Alive n The World. :)

Song of the blog: Rain_Mika

So of course I am not really listening to that song. Because once gain I am proctoring. Sitting in a silent testing room. Bah.

But I loooooove this song! And Mika, dear Mika, won't you be straight and marry me? Hahaha

So about life. I love it. Life is gooood. Life GRAND! I love being alive in the world. :D

It all started when I came to this college. That was the best decision I have made so far in my short 19 year long life. And coming early landed me this job. And landing me this job landed me money. And landing this job landed me here. Where I am sitting. In a silent proctoring room. But there is hot guy in here too. And since I will never gain talk about him, lets name him Phil. Phil in the gray and black striped shirt, and the black shorts. Phil who looked me in the eye and said, "Can I use that pencil?" Phil who I shall never see again, nor will I ever think of him again. Ah Phil. :) Phil is taking an English Test. I just looked at his paper. This is a high school course!!! Oh Phil how you tricked me. You are a youngen. I remember being a youngen. (I'm still a youngen. :P) I remember walking into the high school my freshman year and thinking, life starts now! Hahaha How naive I was then. Naive little Phil. hahahahahaha You probably think your mission is so far away that it's in the future. Well Phil, that's not so. It will be a blink of an eye and then you'll be graduating high school. Or maybe just getting your transcripts because you are in Independent Study. And you will be thinking, "Huh. Life starts now!" And then you will be in my cute little black flats. (Not literally.) And then someday you will go on your mission and you will think, "Life starts now!" But you'll be wrong. And then you will go home and go back to college and get a job and you will think, "Life starts now?" And you will know then that the answer is no. And then you will meet a girl. Real pretty too. And you'll date her for a while, and propose, and get married, and you will think again with more surity, "Life really does start now!" And you will live. And it won't be for years that you realize that the answer is still no. You were living that whole time. The answer to that question was yes when you were born. Life is always.

I am living right now. I love living. I love the saying that we should live every day like it's our last. Because every day really could be the last day. I could wake up dead tomorrow. And so I try to ask myself every day, "Is it today? Would I be happy with my life if I die today?" My answer today is.... Yes. And some days it is yes. Today I would be happy because I have lived to the fullest up to today. There are things still unsaid, mountains still unclimbed, but I am happy with what I have done so far. Not that I want to die. I certainly don't! I want to climb these mountains! But if today was my last day, then I wouldn't be running around trying to repent and tell people I love them. I still would say it, but they know.

Anyway, life update. I have a kind of date on friday. I wish people could just say, "We're going on a date." Instead of this, "Well we're going to a concert and he's picking me up, so it's basically a date." Because that is what  am doing. hahaha He's cool though. And he's a genius in my book. He's 18 and he has been here at BYU for 2 years now. Carazy. He's a math major, and he wants to be teach at the university level. So he's like me, just math instead of literature. He's in my Music 101 class ironically enough.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So this blog was started a while ago. Just want to say that I still can't really figure out if it was a date or not. Blah. Not that it matters. hahahahaha
He bought me ice cream. He is a very cool guy.
Great smile. :)

The One....

Song of the blog: 18th Floor Balcony_Blue October

The one.... What kind of concept is that? What does it even MEAN? We say, "He/She couls be the one." The one for what? The one who you want to sleep with tonight? The one you want to have a fling with? The one who you want to pay for your movie ticket? Or the one you want to spen the rest of your life with? I haven't asked readers what they think of anything for a while, but I'm asking now. What does this even mean to you guys? Do you believe there could be one person out there who is looking for you, and you should be looking for them? Sometimes I think I believe that. There are times when I get this overwhelming feeling that I need to WAIT. I need to just hold on because he is coming. HE. HIM. MY him. But then I shake it off and I just go to class and move on with life because what kind of a concept is that? Who is this HIM, and does HE even exist? Am I just too much of a romantic deep down, and this feeling is just because I'm crazy and I should be commited to a hospitol for the insane? Possibly. I am insane. I'm crazy. I admit it. But this can't be true. There could not possibly be just ONE GUY that I've known for all of eternity who I am destined to be with. That sounds so Ridiculous! I am laughing even as I type this. hahahahaha I had a crazy dream once where I was just walking through campus and some guy just stopped in front of me and we stared at eachother for a second and the first thing he says is, "I know you." and the CARAZY thing is, I know him too. I sware I KNOW him! And so I say, "Yeah." And then I woke up. Whatever. It was a dumb dream. But it matches this feeling I've been getting lately. This stupid ridiculous feeling. But I keep getting it. Even about people. I'll be talking to a guy, thinking, "Hey, he's cute!" But before the conversation even goes anywhere I think, "No. He's not HIM." Weird right? I think I'm going crazy, even more crazy than I was before. Absolutely cookoo insane!
